Note: Standard shipping and processing charges are applied for each shipping address on an order which is to curbside only and do not include assembly, installation ,or delivery inside a residence or office. White Glove Service may be arranged with your shipping company and there will be an extra charge.

  • Canadian Orders/ Customers are subject to pay all applicable taxes.
    • US. Orders: Please be aware that customers in the US. will bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you refuse any shipment from Fino Lino you are still responsibly for original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and custom charges. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit. We cannot be responsible for any Custom’s actions (damage, duties, and fees) upon opening your package as well as any associated costs of returning the package to us.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returned items. Please let us know if you’d like a merchandise credit note or a replacement of the product you purchased. Once your returned items has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

* All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from the credit note. If an item must be ironed and repacked a service charge may apply.

* Returned Items must be shipped with tracking number and insured. If the item is damaged or broken during return shipping the buyer is responsible for the item loss. We also require a receipt of purchase.

* A credit for the full price of the merchandise will be sent after we receive the item and determine that the item is in the same condition as sent in less the shipping and handling costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as teas and lotions. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, duvets, pillows, featherbeds and mattress pads.

* All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an item must be ironed and repacked a service charge may apply and we may refuse the return. We suggest that you check all items carefully for size and accuracy before washing.

* Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to receive a return authorization, and send your item to: 2715 Arbutus Street British Columbia Canada V6J 3Y5. Fino Lino customer service is available Tuesday to Friday 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

* Custom or special orders including custom measurements or embroidery and items not stocked by Fino Lino may not be returned.
Design Trade; Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Damaged goods policy:

If an item(s) become damaged during the shipping process a full refund of the merchandise price will be issued less the shipping and handling.
* A picture of the damaged item(s) is required
* Shipping and handling costs are non refundable
* We also require a receipt or proof of purchase

Expected time of delivery

In stock items will be shipped in approximately 3-5 days
Special orders average time is 4-8 weeks
Custom Orders 4 to 12 weeks.

*Dye-lots: We do our best to maintain consistent dye-lots and closely follow industry standards
of luxury good suppliers. A “cutting for approval” may be available from some lines but may prolong the ordering process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
