Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please let us know if you have a concern with your ordered items, so that we may assist you.
Exchanges are accepted within two weeks of receipt upon delivery on regular priced merchandise, within the following conditions:
* All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an item must be ironed and repacked a service charge will apply and we may refuse the return. We suggest that you check all items carefully for size and accuracy before washing.
* All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be applied to the new invoice.
* Returned items must be shipped with tracking number and insured. If the item is damaged or broken during return shipping the buyer is responsible for the item loss. We also require a receipt of purchase.
* A credit for the full price of the merchandise will be sent after we receive the item and if it is determined that the item is in the same condition as sent in, less the shipping and handling costs. This credit note does not expire, and may be used on all purchases at Fino Lino.
* Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on duvets, pillows, featherbeds, mattress pads, lotions and lingerie.
* Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Custom or special orders including custom measurements or embroidery and items not stocked by Fino Lino may not be returned.
Returns (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization, and send your item to: 2715 Arbutus Street British Columbia Canada V6J 3Y5. Fino Lino customer service is available Tuesday to Friday 11 am to 5 pm PST.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please note that the usual exchange policies apply as noted above.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2715 Arbutus Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6J 3Y5.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
