Please note that sizes for linens do vary by manufacturer - we have sizes for individual items on product pages - for washable items these sizes are the (approximate) size after washing. Shrinkage rates are often around 3-4%, but can be as high as 10% on some fabrics - linen and flannel both have higher shrinkage rates and so these fabrics are cut more generously to compensate.
RETURN POLICIES
We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds within the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days, either in store or by mail.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygienic reasons duvets, pillows, feather beds, mattress pads, lotions and lingerie are final sale. Pillows can be adjusted for firmness, so let us know if this is something you are interested in!
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Custom orders may not be exchanged (such as items with custom embroidery colours or custom sizing or colour combinations).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- US clients - please note taxes and duties that may be charged by your local customs office are also non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.
