Store pick-up: in stock items usually available next business day. We will send you an email to confirm your item is ready for you. In stock items will be shipped within 2-5 days.
Non stocked items: please see individual products for approximate timing.
U.S. orders: Shipping cost will be confirmed based on weight and destination. We will contact you with final shipping cost, and to confirm if you would like to proceed accordingly.
Please be aware that customers in the U.S. will bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge.
Exchanges and returns:
Sale items are final sale. Down/ feather products and undergarments are also final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Other items may be exchanged within 14 days as long as they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please call us at 604 736 1828 for a return authorization, or drop by the store if more convenient. We will issue a store credit for you – this store credit may be used at any time, on any of our products.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
