Eiderdown certification:
A certificate of authenticity is included, certifying that 100% of the down in the Eiderdown chamber of the pillow is Genuine Canadian Eiderdown.

A portion of the proceeds from each pillow supports conservation, education and research done by the Duvetnor bird sanctuary, where this Eiderdown comes from.

Superwash certification:
St. Genève uses SoLoft™ ticking. SoLoft™ is made with pure, natural, renewable, long staple cotton. It is spun into fine, yet very strong threads, which are then woven into a 300 thread count fabric. It is then sent through a special process that uses high pressure and specific temperatures, to create a completely down proof, dust mite proof fabric or “ticking.” SoLoft™ tech is the core of the Superwash™ certification which is guaranteed down proof even after repeat launderings.

Hypoallergenic guarantee:
All St. Genève down items are ZURGUARD® certified hypoallergenic or St. Genève will accept the return of the item within five years from the date of purchase.

Down certification:
- DOWNMARK® certified. The DOWNMARK® label assures consumers that a down product is authentic, ethically sourced and Canadian made.

Fabric certification:
- The fabric is certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® – Class 1. The OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textiles that ensures that no harmful substances were used in the making of the fabrics.

Materials and workmanship guarantee:
- St Genève luxury pillows are guaranteed for five years against any defect in materials and workmanship, provided that the care instructions have been followed and a pillow protector has been used at all times.
